Is virtual interior design right for me?Virtual design is great for clients who prioritize speed, affordability and convenience. It allows you to work through the process at your own pace, and avoid lengthy meetings at various stores or showrooms. The best part is that you'll receive comprehensive and detailed plans that will allow you to implement the design easily and seamlessly. Since we are never in the actual space, it does require your willingness to determine and communicate certain project specifications. Most often this means taking photos and providing dimensions of various elements in the space. Many DIY clients have no problem with this, and if you feel unsure about that part we will send you a detailed guide to outline exactly what we need for your specific project, and can also provide a measuring guide if need be. We're here to support you during all phases of the project, and even after it's completed.

How long does the design process take?There are a few factors that determine how long the design process will take, as each project is different in scope and size. We typically have everything completed within 3-4 weeks, but can't always guarantee that. Once we have a grasp on your project scope we will be able to provide a more specific timeline, and will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

What if I'm not satisfied with any portion of my design package?If you don't love every item in your initial design plan, you're entitled to a 7-day revision period. You can communicate and request changes from your designer as much as you need within that time period. This is typically more than enough time to get it right!

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments are secure and processed online.
